"I´m attending the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program in Madrid to enter on the entrepreneurial world and develop my business idea. I chose Unono for my mobility experience - a startup that launched a pre-selection and recruiting platform for junior talents - because the company has some similarities to my project.

During my experience, I have been participating in meetings with potential clients and with the team. This way, I´m learning with the host entrepreneur how to coordinate and delegate tasks in the different departments of Unono. I already had the opportunity to help the Talent Acquisition team in a few processes of recruitment and selection, in order to have a closer contact with the core business of the company.

So, I already met different perspectives of one business: how to run a company keeping departments well-coordinated on the persecution of a common goal, how to get new clients and how to provide answers for different kinds of challenges.

I´m feeling privileged to have this opportunity to contact with the reality of a startup that is still positioning itself in the market and I’m sure that this was a crucial experience in my life. In
the end, EYE it´s not just a connection point between companies, but also with new cities, persons, cultures and learnings. And all this enriches us”.
