Brief introduction: On a project day, the entrepreneur Anilson Silva came to know of the existence of an exchange that could improve his entrepreneurial abilities. Thinking that it would be an opportunity to enrich his ideas and create future partnerships, Anilson Silva wanted to know more about such a program. It was then when he decided to travel to another country where laws could possibly differentiate, companies would have different work physiology and, best of all it was an opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with a company that could bring added value to their idea of business.

This way, Anilson Silva contacted ANJE – Portuguese Association of Young Entrepreneurs, one of the local contact points from the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, and travelled to Spain seeking a different and enriching experience. At his arrival, seemed the same; but living with a desire to learn, he discovered that after all there were differences that brought him value and would certainly serve for future negotiations with foreign companies.

Taking advantage of his stay, Anilson Silva explored the city a little, guided by one of the co-founders of Newralers, he was able to give his contribution in projects and receive feedback from the co-founders about his business idea

During the exchange there was a great sharing of experience and knowledge, and this relationship made the new entrepreneur reinforce his ideas by improving the existing one, adding new reinforcements and discarding parts that he considered necessary.

Anilson Silva ends the exchange satisfied and with even more enthusiasm to follow up with his business idea, only this time he has a strong partnership to support him in what is necessary.
